Student Ambassadors

Lead the Movement

MathSTEM Student Ambassadors bring mathematics to life through leadership, creativity, and community engagement. As a select team of college leaders, Ambassadors guide outreach efforts, recruit fellow students, and help shape the learning experiences offered across MathSTEM programs. They model professionalism, authenticity, and a commitment to service while creating joyful, relatable, and empowering math experiences for young learners.

Ambassadors use storytelling, demonstrations, digital media, drama, and interactive activities to transform math into an exciting space where imagination and problem‑solving meet. They serve as the bridge between MathSTEM’s mission and the communities we support, ensuring every learner feels seen, valued, and inspired.

Student Members

Participate and Contribute

Student Members are college students who join MathSTEM programs through Ambassador outreach. They participate in events, activities, and classroom support opportunities that make math engaging and accessible for children and teens. Student Members contribute their energy, creativity, and unique perspectives while gaining hands‑on experience in STEM outreach.

Participation is flexible: Student Members may volunteer once, occasionally, or throughout the year, depending on their interests, availability, and academic schedule. Whether they assist with a single event or become regular contributors, Student Members play an important role in helping MathSTEM deliver high‑quality, student‑centered programming.
