Junior Board Member

Early Career Leadership Junior Board Members support program planning, contribute to organizational initiatives, and gain experience in leadership and decision‑making. Ideal for: students seeking deeper involvement and long‑term leadership development.

Student Ambassador

Lead Outreach & Guide Activities Student Ambassadors represent MathSTEM on campus, recruit Student Members, and help lead youth engagement activities. Ideal for: students who enjoy leadership, communication, and creative STEM outreach.

Flexible Participation Student Members support MathSTEM events and activities led by Ambassadors. Participation is flexible — volunteer once, occasionally, or throughout the year. Ideal for: students who want to contribute without a long‑term commitment.

Legacy Ladder

Legacy Ladder: Undergraduate-to-Graduate STEM Pathways Initiative A multi-institutional pathway that prepares undergraduates especially first‑generation, underrepresented, and Pell‑eligible students for entry into STEM master’s and doctoral programs.
